Process / Working

The Spectron G4 operates using a four-chamber system, each separated by synthetic diaphragms. As gas flows through the meter, the chambers are filled and emptied periodically. This diaphragm movement is transferred via a gear mechanism to the crankshaft, which controls the gas flow by moving the valves accordingly. The rotations are then transmitted to the index through a magnetic or mechanical coupling, ensuring precise and reliable gas measurement. This advanced mechanism allows for accurate readings while preventing reverse flow and unauthorized gas usage.
